Speech Tiles BZVoiceFlow and BZMedia frameworks and their interfaces will be supported for three months after the public release of any new major or minor version release (with versions that follow the convention major.minor.patch.)
Any time you refer to Speech Tiles or Speech Tiles Developers in external promotional material press releases, your website, blog posts, collateral, social media, etc. we need to approve such use in advance. Please submit a request via our Speech Tiles Developers Support page to do so.
Different applications may be considered the same and thus share a production Application Bundle ID and associated Application Bundle Key despite differences in localization and deployment across different platforms.
Differences in business model or applications with non-trivial UI or functionality changes are different and therefore must use a separate Application Bundle ID and associated Bundle ID Key .
Your Production Application Bundle ID and its associated Applcation Bundle Key are unique to the application that Speech Tiles, LLC. reviewed and approved. They may not be transferred to another Application.
Use of Speech Tiles Developers for server to server integrations or use where the end-user is not on client appication running on a device is not allowed and requires approval from Speech Tiles LLC. in advance. Please submit a request via our Speech Tiles Developers Support page to do so..
Speech Tiles Developers may not be used in development or production if you are involved in the research or development of (1) desktop or mobile voice flow software, (2) desktop or mobile interactive voice response software, or (3) desktop or mobile conversational speech interface software, without review by and approval from Speech Tiles LLC.
Speech Tiles Developers may be used in development of Enterprise service applications only with a custom contract with Speech Tiles LLC. Please contact us via our Speech Tiles Developers Support page to discuss options.
Speech Tiles Developers services may not be sublicensed. The program services are only for use with YOUR applications that you develop and distribute to end-users directly or through a reseller (e.g., an App Store). If you are making an application for someone else, whether for demonstration, trial, or production you will need to become a channel partner. Please contact us via our Speech Tiles Developers Support page to discuss options.
Speech Tiles Developers services are only for YOUR application. You may not make frameworks and interfaces available that gives others the ability to use those packages and services. Please contact us via our Speech Tiles Developers Support page to discuss options.
