STConversationRunner Quick Start

Use STConversationRunner when SpeechTiles should execute a declarative Conversation.

This example shows the runtime sequence, not a requirement that every application use the same resources. Permission requests, runtime fields, synthesis resources, and other configuration can be added as needed.
