Release-build validation still required

1. Compare declarations against the final shipping Swift interface.
2. Run generated-site link validation after the documentation renderer assigns final routes.
3. Re-run the terminology sweep against the rendered site and migration pages.

These steps should occur against the actual release candidate so documentation is not frozen against an earlier source snapshot.
