Loading Conversation Configuration

SpeechTiles separates runtime APIs from declarative configuration. STConversationRunner loads three related resource families:

• Audio Resource-to-Text Map
• Prompt Modules
• Conversation definition

Each can be loaded from JSON text or from a resource name/path resolved by the Conversation resource system.

All six loading APIs require the runner to be initialized and the Conversation manager to be idle. This protects the executing Conversation from having its active declarative model replaced during processing.
